Join us as we explore joy and share our attempts to cultivate it even amidst times of grief and despair. First we examine the distinctions between joy, happiness and pleasure and later discuss Jung’s infamous shadow work theory and how getting in touch with and integrating the painful and “ugly”parts of ourselves may unlock access to a brighter and deeper joy.
